The big comfy couch

The Big Comfy Couch is a hand bound book inspired by the whimsical and playful nature of exaggerated proportions. All images were printed in the darkroom at different aspect ratios and then collaged together to create the unnatural proportions.

The children’s show “The Big Comfy Couch” and The Beastie Boys cover for their album “Hello Nasty” were a big inspiration for this project.
